I have had the honor of serving Ward 7 on the City Council since December 2019 where I have worked hard to build a stronger, more resilient and thriving community.  Calling Riverside home for over two decades, I am running for re-election because I care about the future of our City. I believe our values of community, service to others, and hard work are what make us strong. My education and experience have taught me that together we can achieve more than we can as individuals – and I have brought that philosophy and energy to the City Council over the last four years.

As an Educator, Finance Director, and City Council Member, I have been committed to work diligently every day to address the housing shortage, increase attainable housing options and supportive services for our homeless population, partner with our educational institutions to provide college and career pathways that prepare students for the jobs of tomorrow, ensure our community has spaces and opportunities to enhance our quality of life, and work to ensure that our first responders have the necessary resources they need to keep our community safe.

I would be honored to receive your vote to continue to represent you on the City Council.
